Scope

Custom Projects
We commission custom windows, skylights, domes, entries, anything and everything that can be done in our medium, in any size and any shape and any design, all exclusive for the client and executed on a timeline.

Skylight Domes
One of our specialties, which we are quite renowned for, are our stained/leaded glass skylight domes, including rare and difficult oval ones. We possess the most unique and thorough qualifications for creating such structures, including a proprietary method, making us the foremost studio for quality skylight domes.

Historical Renovations
Another specialty is our distinctive ability to accomplish the most sensitive, touchy and delicate historical renovations that require true expertise and mastery to get done successfully.

Repairs
We accept any and all repairs in stained/leaded or beveled glass of any size, no matter how small or large. These are done efficiently and relatively swiftly, depending on the scope of damage.

Interiors
While stained/leaded glass is primarily structural, it can also be used in interiors and décor, as furnishing or other various items, including art pieces. We do this as well.

Kiln-Fired (Fused) Glass
We also create certain items such as platters, bowls, vases, artworks and sculptures in our glass-fusing kiln. But perhaps our most fascinating use is creating custom pieces that we then incorporate into our stained/leaded glass creations.

Beveled Glass
Beveled glass is an aspect of leaded glass. Beveling refers to thicker pieces of glass that are cut at angles so that the reflection of the light prism produces a shimmering, jewel-like effect. We also work in beveled glass.

Fine Art
As we are the exclusive studio for artist Simon Simonian, who is most renowed for this special medium of glass, we are also home to his works in fine art using other mediums (i.e., oils, acrylics, pastels, drawings, reliefs).

Versatility

Misconceptions
The two biggest misconceptions about stained/leaded glass are 1) that it is limited to just churches and cathedrals, and 2) that it is limited to certain traditional designs and thus cannot be modern. Nothing can be further from the truth. Stained/leaded glass is a medium, just like oil paint. What can be done with it is limited only by one’s own creativity and vision. It is one of the most versatile mediums around.

Types of Buildings
We can incorporate tained/leaded glass into residential, commercial, public, hospitality and religious buildings. In fact, the majority of our own projects are residential. It can be used in homes, mansions, townhomes, condos, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels, coffee shops, libraries, schools, universities, churches, synagogues, mosques, museums, theaters, mausoleums, shopping centers, retail stores and office buildings, just to name a few.

Interior Design
We can incorporate stained/leaded glass into just about every design style imaginable: Art Deco, Vintage, Retro, Rustic, Western, Art Nouveau, Nautical, Japanese, Balinese, Industrial, Minimalist, Ultra Contemporary, Shabby Chic, Scandinavian, Ecclectic, you name it.

Architecture
We can incorporate stained/leaded glass into many types of architecture, including Contemporary, Mid-Century Modern, Craftsman, Tuscan, Colonial, Tudor, Spanish Style, California Bungalow, Ranch Homes, Cape Cod, Bauhaus, Victorian, etc.

Colorful or Clear
Despite its name, “stained” glass, or leaded glass as we also know it, is a bit of a misnomer. stained/leaded glass can be colorful or it can be clear. There are also various textures of glass available, clear or colored.

Each design is exclusive for the client, which means it never gets repeated elsewhere. It is also signed by the artist and issued with a Certificate of Authenticity as original art.
